Bite it up with Feta...
I’ve yet to find a fruit dish that Feta cheese couldn’t work with.
Feta is known as a pickled cheese and by itself carries quite tangy flavor. It’s commonly used in Greek Salads and cooked pastries.
I use feta traditionally in a three-pepper salad, but also in fruit salad, where it helps counteract the overall sweetness of the dish. If I’m going to use cheese with fruit (cooked or raw with a dressing) it’s most always feta, and I also normally add a dash or two of pepper as well. Hey, who said fruit had to be entirely sweet?
