Honey-Basalmic Chicken...

This tasty main course boasts a unique, sweet flavor. It makes you wonder why you don’t use basalmic vinegar more often.

INGREDIENTS: (per serving)

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (sized for comfortable portion)
2 tablespoons basalmic vinegar
honey to drizzle

DIRECTIONS:

Cook chicken over medium heat until nearly done. Use olive oil if your pan requires.

When nearly done, pour basalmic vinegar over top of chicken. Steam will rise (if it’s too steamy, drop the heat).

When the chicken has absorbed the color, drizzle the top with honey and flip to cook the honeyed-side until a deep golden brown. Drizzle honey on opposite side and flip to cook until a deep golden brown.

ALTERNATIVE: If you enjoy burnt sweetness, crank the heat some when cooking the honeyed sides, crisping them. The sweetness will remain with a touch of burned flavor.
